In 1988, after years managing restaurants in Dallas, we opened our first restaurant, La Playa,  on Fort Worth's colorful Northside. Serving not only the traditional dishes of Mexico, but also a great number of Mexican seafood dishes, La Playa quickly found a receptive audience. As the number of customers grew, so did La Playa, adding an outside patio and more tables. In 1991, we opened the first La Playa Maya Restaurant, in the Southside of Fort Worth in a converted 1920's mansion. Serving the same great food and attentive service as the sister restaurant La Playa, the new restaurant was well accepted immediately. The second La Playa Maya was opened in 1998. Housed in a converted Historic building, with a classic old world look and feel, it's warm setting is the perfect setting for a great lunch or a romantic dinner.
With the opening of our third La Playa Maya in Fort Worth's Westside, in the Village at Camp Bowie, we have added another unique location, one that fits well with the established neighborhood. It is the perfect location for that quick lunch or a Margarita on our beautiful patio. With the addition of our Weatherford location, we are finally able to serve our good friends in Parker county and the surrounding areas.

We are driven to serve you and yours the very best in Mexican dining at affordable prices. We continue to value our customers as we strive to be worthy of your patronage.

Thank you.
